These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of Originfacts, available at www.originfacts.com, and any related pages, features, tools, newsletters, travel comparison content, reviews, comments, photos, forum posts, travel tips, and other services we provide through the website (together, the "Website").

This Website is operated by FXN HOLDINGS LIMITED ("FXN", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16134139, with registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. What Originfacts does

Originfacts provides travel information, travel resources, price comparison content, travel tips, and links to third-party travel products and services, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, activities, and related travel resources.

We are an affiliate travel information and aggregation website. We may display live prices, estimated prices, "cheapest" rankings, comparison tables, general travel information, reviews, ratings, and travel resources.

We do not directly sell travel bookings, take payment for bookings, issue tickets, operate hotels, operate airlines, rent vehicles, provide tours, or act as the travel supplier. 4. Affiliate links and commissions

Originfacts uses affiliate links and may participate in the Travelpayouts affiliate network and other travel affiliate arrangements.

This means that we may earn a commission if you click a link on the Website and later make a booking or purchase from a third-party provider. This does not usually increase the price you pay.

6. Accounts and interactive features

7. User Content rules

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

7. you will not post fake reviews, paid reviews, undisclosed incentivised reviews, review manipulation, competitor sabotage, artificial ratings, or content generated to mislead users;
8. you will clearly disclose any incentive, payment, free product, discount, employment relationship, family relationship, ownership interest, sponsorship, or other material connection that could affect the credibility of your review, rating, recommendation, or travel tip; and
9. you will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may moderate, edit, reject, hide, remove, label, or restrict User Content where we believe it breaches these Terms, may breach the law, may be misleading, may harm users, may expose us or others to liability, or may reduce trust in the Website.

We do not promise to publish all User Content. We may remove content without notice where reasonably necessary, but we do not undertake to monitor all User Content at all times.

8. Licence you grant us

You keep ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, format, translate, distribute, make available, promote, and use that User Content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Website.

This licence continues for as long as the User Content remains on the Website and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, legal, moderation, record-keeping, and security purposes.

9. Reporting illegal, harmful, or infringing content

11. Intellectual property

3. loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data, or anticipated savings;
4. indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss;
5. loss arising from your breach of these Terms;
6. loss arising from User Content or another user's conduct; or
7. events beyond our reasonable control.

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

16. Indemnity

If you use the Website for business purposes, or if you submit User Content, you agree to indemnify us against losses, claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your infringement of third-party rights, or your unlawful use of the Website.
