This Accessibility Statement applies to Originfacts at www.originfacts.com.

This Website is operated by FXN HOLDINGS LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16134139, with registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.

1. Our commitment

We want Originfacts to be accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

We aim to design, build, and improve the Website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

2. What we aim to support

We aim for users to be able to:

  1. navigate the Website using a keyboard;
  2. use screen readers and other assistive technologies where possible;
  3. zoom pages without loss of core content or functionality;
  4. understand page headings, labels, links, and buttons;
  5. use forms with clear labels and error messages;
  6. access travel content, comparison information, and legal pages in plain English;
  7. distinguish affiliate and sponsored content where applicable; and
  8. contact us if they encounter accessibility barriers.

3. Current conformance status

The Website has not yet been independently audited for full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target standard. Until a full audit is completed, the Website should be treated as partially conforming or not yet formally assessed.

4. Known limitations

Because Originfacts is a growing custom-coded travel website, some features may not yet fully meet our accessibility target. Known or potential limitations may include:

  1. third-party affiliate widgets, booking widgets, embedded tools, or external content that we do not fully control;
  2. user-uploaded photos or user-generated content that may not always contain complete alternative text;
  3. dynamic travel prices, comparison tables, filters, or search results that may need further keyboard or screen-reader testing;
  4. embedded newsletter forms or third-party scripts that may depend on external providers;
  5. older content, drafts, or imported content that may need accessibility review; and
  6. colour contrast, focus states, labels, or error messages that may require improvement after testing.

We aim to improve these areas as the Website develops.

5. Third-party content

The Website may link to or embed third-party tools and content, including Travelpayouts tools, affiliate links, travel-provider pages, Google Analytics scripts, Mailchimp forms, maps, videos, images, advertisements, and other external content.

We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party websites or tools, but we will consider accessibility when choosing and configuring third-party services where reasonably possible.

6. Feedback and contact

  2. testing key journeys with keyboard navigation;
  3. adding meaningful alternative text to editorial images where appropriate;
  4. improving labels, headings, focus states, and form errors;
  5. reviewing colour contrast and responsive design;
  6. considering accessibility when adding third-party scripts or widgets;
  7. training content editors and moderators on accessibility basics; and
